A logbook service, from $169, covers whatever your manufacturer specifies at your car's current interval, which varies by make and model, and the logbook is stamped afterwards. The major service, quoted once we know the car, goes further, taking in the bigger items such as filters, fluids and plugs where your schedule has them due. Not sure what is wrong? The diagnostic is a fault-code scan and a road test, $49, then a written quote for any repair.
