Servicing here does not affect your consumer guarantees, and manufacturer warranties generally do not require dealer servicing where the work meets the manufacturer's standards. We follow the schedule, use appropriate parts, stamp the logbook and keep the records.
The basic car service is an oil and filter change, an air filter clean and a diagnostic scan. Logbook and European services follow your manufacturer's schedule.

- Cars running 5W-30 oil with a common oil filter, up to 4 litres of oil included: most sedans and hatchbacks, and some SUVs. European, uncommon and prestige vehicles, and SUVs and 4WDs that take more oil or a dearer filter, cost more and are quoted first. See also European car service from $199
- European car service from $199
- 4-cylinder European models on approval-grade oil with OE-specification filters. Price depends on make, model, kilometres and oil specification, confirmed before any work starts. - Car service + pink slip, from $219
- The basic car service and a pink slip (eSafety inspection) done in one visit. Logbook service $169 plus pink slip $52 is $221 booked separately. - Brakes, front or rear, from $150
- Pads on common sedans and hatchbacks, fitted, with the brake fluid checked and a road test. Rotors, and European, performance and larger vehicles, are quoted first.
- Diagnostic $49
- A fault-code scan and a road test, charged whether or not you go ahead with the repair. $49 taken off the repair if you book it with us within 14 days of the check. Any repair is quoted in writing first. Anything that needs pulling apart to find the fault is quoted first.
- Tyres from $99*, fitted & balanced
- *Per tyre, supplied, fitted & balanced. Price depends on tyre size and brand. New valves and old-tyre disposal included. MVRL 62840

What does the diagnostic cost?
$49 for a fault-code scan and a road test, charged whether or not you go ahead with the repair. Anything that needs pulling apart to find the fault is quoted first.
Why do some rows say “quoted” instead of a price?
Because one figure would be wrong for most cars. A clutch in a hatch and in a dual-cab ute are different days of work. We look at yours, then put the number in writing.
Do these prices include GST?
Yes, every figure on this page. A “from” price is the starting figure for a common car; the final number is confirmed before work begins.
What is covered by the warranty?
Parts and labour for 12 months / 20,000 km, in writing on your invoice, in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
