A water pump is from $449, with the pump replaced, fresh coolant in and the system bled so no air pocket is left behind to cause the next overheat. If the temperature gauge starts climbing, pull over and let the engine cool rather than pressing on. Not sure what is wrong? The diagnostic is a fault-code scan and a road test, $49, then a written quote for any repair. A logbook service is from $169, carried out to your manufacturer's schedule and stamped in the book.
