Details
Servicing here does not affect your consumer guarantees, and manufacturer warranties generally do not require dealer servicing where the work meets the manufacturer's standards. We follow the schedule, use appropriate parts, stamp the logbook and keep the records.

What can change the price
Service schedule
Audi Australia schedules a service every 12 months or 15,000 km for TFSI petrol and TDI diesel models. The car shows the reminder, and items like plugs and filters have their own time or distance limits. Your car's own logbook is the final word for your model.
What a generic service misses
- S tronic gearbox oil
- Audi Australia lists it at 60,000 km on most 2.0 TFSI and TDI models, and 120,000 km on some others.
- Haldex oil on quattro (A3, Q2, Q3, TT)
- Every 36 months on the transverse quattro models, so low-kilometre cars still come due.
- Brake fluid every 24 months
- Audi Australia changes it every 24 months on all models.
- Spark plugs and the toothed belt
- Plugs at 60,000 km or 72 months on TFSI engines. The 1.0, 1.4 and 1.5 TFSI and some TDI engines run a toothed belt, listed at 120,000 km.
Needs a scan tool: Service reminder reset · Electronic parking brake service mode for rear pads · Fault code read
What moves the figure
- How much oil your engine takes
- Engines take different amounts. Yours always gets its full fill, and the price is confirmed for your car.
- The oil your engine needs
- We use the specification your manufacturer sets, from Liqui Moly, Penrite, Motul, Castrol, Mobil and Valvoline. The grade and the brand change the figure.
- Your oil filter
- A less common or dearer filter changes the figure. If a part has to be ordered in, we tell you when we call.
- What your schedule calls for
- Other filters, spark plugs or fluids due at this service are extra items, priced before we start.

Choose your service
Basic or European servicing, or tyres. Not sure? Pick “something else” and tell us what's going on.
Give us your rego
Or your tyre size. That is how we look up your car and what it takes.
We call you back
With the price for your car and a time that suits. Nothing is booked until you say yes.
Where is the engine code?
Usually on a sticker in the service booklet and often on a label in the spare wheel well, as a short letter-and-number code. If you cannot find it, send the rego, model and build year and we will identify it before quoting.
Can I replace one tyre on a quattro?
Sometimes. On an all-wheel-drive car the four tyres should be close in rolling circumference, so it depends on the tread left on the other three. We measure all four and tell you honestly, including when one tyre is genuinely enough.
Does servicing here affect the warranty?
No. Per the ACCC, independent servicing does not affect your consumer guarantees, and manufacturer warranties generally do not require dealer servicing where the manufacturer's standards are met. We meet the schedule and specification, and record it.
Details
Audi shares a great deal of engineering with Volkswagen, and it shares the same failure mode when serviced carelessly: the wrong oil, because someone quoted from the model name instead of the engine code.
We ask for the code, buy to the specification and record what went in. That record is what protects the service history.
We are independent and Audi has not authorised this workshop. The work still meets the manufacturer's requirements, and we document that it did.
Audi oil approvals

- Most TFSI petrol (504) and TDI diesel (507) engines
- VW 508 00 / 509 00 · 0W-20
- Newer engines built for it only. Not backwards compatible
