Details
Servicing here does not affect your consumer guarantees, and manufacturer warranties generally do not require dealer servicing where the work meets the manufacturer's standards. We follow the schedule, use appropriate parts, stamp the logbook and keep the records.
How we service your Peugeot
- Your manufacturer's service schedule, for your model, year and engine
- Oil carrying your engine's approval code, from Liqui Moly, Penrite, Motul, Castrol, Mobil and Valvoline
- OE-specification filters from Mann, Mahle, Ryco and Bosch
- Service indicator reset
- Logbook stamped and the records kept
- Price confirmed for your car before any work starts
What can change the price
Service schedule
Peugeot Australia services every 12 months, with the distance set by the engine: 15,000 km on some (such as the 208 1.2 petrol) and 20,000 km on others (such as the 308 1.6 petrol and 3008 2.0 diesel). Your car's own logbook is the final word for your model.
What a generic service misses
- The 1.2 PureTech belt runs in oil
- Its timing belt sits in the engine oil, so the right oil and on-time changes matter more than usual. Peugeot's own recall notices say the belt can degrade in aged oil.
- 15,000 or 20,000 km
- The distance changes with the engine, so which schedule your car is on comes first.
- AdBlue on BlueHDi diesels
- The engine won't start once the AdBlue tank is empty, so it is kept topped up.
- Brake fluid every two years
- Time-based, whatever the kilometres.
Needs a scan tool: Service indicator reset (it counts both time and distance) · Fault code read
What moves the figure
- How much oil your engine takes
- Engines take different amounts. Yours always gets its full fill, and the price is confirmed for your car.
- The oil your engine needs
- We use the specification your manufacturer sets, from Liqui Moly, Penrite, Motul, Castrol, Mobil and Valvoline. The grade and the brand change the figure.
- Your oil filter
- A less common or dearer filter changes the figure. If a part has to be ordered in, we tell you when we call.
- What your schedule calls for
- Other filters, spark plugs or fluids due at this service are extra items, priced before we start.

Which oil does my Peugeot take?
The one carrying your engine's approval. On Peugeot that is usually Stellantis FPW9.55535/03, PSA B71 2312 and PSA B71 2290, depending on the engine. We confirm it from your rego before quoting.
How often does a Peugeot need a service?
Peugeot Australia services every 12 months, with the distance set by the engine: 15,000 km on some (such as the 208 1.2 petrol) and 20,000 km on others (such as the 308 1.6 petrol and 3008 2.0 diesel). Your car's own logbook is the final word for your model.
Will servicing here affect my new-car warranty?
No. Servicing at an independent workshop does not affect your consumer guarantees, and manufacturer warranties generally do not require dealer servicing where the work meets the manufacturer's standards. We follow the schedule, stamp the logbook and keep the records.
Details
We are not a Peugeot dealer and Peugeot has not authorised this workshop. We are an independent workshop that services to the manufacturer's schedule and records what went in.
Among the most common Peugeots on Australian roads: 3008, 308, 2008, 208, 5008 and Partner. Whichever you drive, send the rego and we confirm the engine, the oil approval and the price before anything is booked.
