Details
Servicing here does not affect your consumer guarantees, and manufacturer warranties generally do not require dealer servicing where the work meets the manufacturer's standards. We follow the schedule, use appropriate parts, stamp the logbook and keep the records.
How we service your Jaguar

- OE-specification filters from Mann, Mahle, Ryco and Bosch
- Service indicator reset
- Logbook stamped and the records kept
- Price confirmed for your car before any work starts
What can change the price
Service schedule
Jaguar services on a fixed time-or-distance limit set by model and engine. The XE diesel was 24 months or 34,000 km; a recent F-Pace is 12 months or 26,000 km. Your car's own logbook is the final word for your model.
What a generic service misses
- Which 2.0 petrol it has
- The XE changed from a Ford-based 2.0 petrol to the Ingenium engine in late 2017, and the oil approval changed with it. Build date first.
- AdBlue on the diesels
- Diesel Jaguars use AdBlue, topped up between services as needed.
- Brake fluid, plugs and coolant on time
- Jaguar's schedule puts time limits on these, so a low-kilometre car still comes due.
Needs a scan tool: Service interval reset · Electronic parking brake calibration after brake work
What moves the figure
- How much oil your engine takes
- Engines take different amounts. Yours always gets its full fill, and the price is confirmed for your car.
- The oil your engine needs
- We use the specification your manufacturer sets, from Liqui Moly, Penrite, Motul, Castrol, Mobil and Valvoline. The grade and the brand change the figure.
- Your oil filter
- A less common or dearer filter changes the figure. If a part has to be ordered in, we tell you when we call.
- What your schedule calls for
- Other filters, spark plugs or fluids due at this service are extra items, priced before we start.

Which oil does my Jaguar take?
The one carrying your engine's approval. On Jaguar that is usually STJLR.03.5007, STJLR.03.5005, STJLR.51.5122 and STJLR.03.5006, depending on the engine. We confirm it from your rego before quoting.
How often does a Jaguar need a service?
Jaguar services on a fixed time-or-distance limit set by model and engine. The XE diesel was 24 months or 34,000 km; a recent F-Pace is 12 months or 26,000 km. Your car's own logbook is the final word for your model.
Will servicing here affect my new-car warranty?
No. Servicing at an independent workshop does not affect your consumer guarantees, and manufacturer warranties generally do not require dealer servicing where the work meets the manufacturer's standards. We follow the schedule, stamp the logbook and keep the records.
Details
We are not a Jaguar dealer and Jaguar has not authorised this workshop. We are an independent workshop that services to the manufacturer's schedule and records what went in.
Among the most common Jaguars on Australian roads: F-Pace, E-Pace, XE, XF and F-Type. Whichever you drive, send the rego and we confirm the engine, the oil approval and the price before anything is booked.
